Monsen Engineering Company has been involved with design-build construction throughout our history, and we passionately believe that this approach yields the highest level of quality and reduces overall project timelines. We also find that most of our clients prefer the working relationship that they have with a design build partner. Our goal is to serve as the owner's agent to successfully meet his or her project objectives. To achieve this goal, we offer our engineering, construction oversight, project management, and contracting services individually, or packaged to meet your project needs.
How important is design?
Environmental systems alone cannot provide adequate conditions if they are designed as "afterthoughts" to architectural design. To ensure the desired environmental conditions during all seasons, the building has to be designed from the early stages with the end goals in mind: comfort, safety, reliability, and economics. Architects and engineers should, as one team, be participating in the entire design, installation, and turn over with the building owner to deliver a fully operational building to the building's occupants.
