Company History

The company was founded by Ingvar Monsen more than 60 years ago. The original one-man operation now spans three generations of family leadership including past president Richard Monsen and current president Eric Monsen. “Growing up, I saw the dedication and honesty my grandfather and father delivered to every client, and I wanted to be a part of that,” recalls Eric. 

As president, Eric’s commitment to empowering his employees has helped the Fairfield-based HVAC company evolve from its modest beginnings to the impressive 100+-employee firm it is today.

The company has grown substantially over the past five decades and now offers integrated layers of HVAC Mechanical Services including: Engineering, Design/Build, Maintenance Service , Full MEP Engineering, Construction, Building Automation, and On-Site Staffing.
