Company History
The company was founded by Ingvar Monsen more than 60
years ago. The original one-man operation now spans three generations of
family leadership including past president Richard Monsen and current
president Eric Monsen. “Growing up,
I saw the dedication and honesty my grandfather and father delivered to
every client, and I wanted to be a part of that,” recalls Eric.
As president,
Eric’s commitment to empowering his employees has helped the Fairfield-based
HVAC company evolve from its modest beginnings to the impressive
100+-employee firm it is today.
